A Different Kind of Strength

Calisthenics workouts differ from traditional strength training workouts by relying almost solely on your body weight for resistance. Unlike lifting weights or using machines which focus on movement patterns, calisthenics includes functional movements like push-ups, pull-ups, and squats that mimic real-life motions and utilize accessory muscles. These exercises not only build strength but also improve flexibility, balance, and core stability all while decreasing your risk of injury.

Calisthenics can be used as your primary strength training workout or to enhance other forms of exercise.  Our expert coaches will tailor the exercises to your individual level, ensure you are training with proper form to maximize benefits and minimize injury, and help you reach your personal fitness goals.

Our Classes

Our programs are designed to help promote strength and mobility for life.  We have group and private calisthenic classes to work on functional strength and our Nordic Cycle contrast therapy helps improve recovery.
