At Calisthenics Club Houston, our goal is to improve your health and fitness through low impact, bodyweight workouts.  Using calisthenics-based movements and exercises, we will help you get stronger and fitter, improve flexibility and promote movement that lasts for a life.  Recovery is an important component of maintaining fitness, which is why we offer Nordic Cycle contrast therapy sessions.
