FAQs

What to know

What do I need to bring with me?

Bring a towel, water, flip flops and a change of clothes. 

What's the difference between staffed and unstaffed times?

During staffed sessions, the gym will be open and there is access to restrooms and a water fountain.  During unstaffed sessions, the gym will be closed and you will not have access to restrooms or water fountain.  The first time you come a staff member will be there to walk you through how to do the session.  After your first session, you will receive a code to the gate to access the patio during unstaffed sessions.

What if I can't make it to any scheduled times?

Monthly memberships give you access to additional unstaffed sessions.  If you would like to try your first session at a time that is unavailable, contact us at 713-912-1002 or info@calisthenicsclubhouston.com and we will work with you to arrange a time.

How many cycles can I do in a session?

Most people get in 3 cycles per session.  However, if you shorten your sauna and cold plunge times you can get in 4-5 cycles.
