What to know

Do I need to be in shape to do calisthenics?

No.  Most people start as beginners.  Calisthenics is designed to scale to your level, so you can begin even if you’ve never worked out before.

What if I can't do a pull-up or push up?

That is completely normal.  We use progressions and assisted variations to build you up step by step until you can do the full movements.

How often should I train?

Our basic membership starts with 3 classes per week to work out the different muscle groups once a week (upper body push, upper body pull, lower body).  As you progress, you can increase your frequency.  Consistency is the key to building strength.

How long does it take to see results?

Most people feel stronger within 2-3 weeks and start seeing visible changes within 4-8 weeks, depending on consistency.
